Black Women’s Expo
(BWe)
Chicago, IL
BWe (Black Women’s Expo) is the nation’s premiere exposition for Black women and is celebrating its 31st anniversary in Chicago on July 31 – August 2, 2026 at McCormick Place. BWe features relevant and impactful seminars, national speakers, and live mainstage entertainment, as well as the exposition provides opportunities and exposure for more than 200 small businesses as exhibitors and major brands as corporate sponsors.
BWe is an experience like no other! When the expo began in 1993, the mission was to focus on the needs of African American women – mothers, wives, business owners, entrepreneurs – via topical seminars & workshops, corporate and small business exhibits & activations, and vital pavilions with resources on health, wellness, careers, and the issues that disproportionately affect the Black community. The Black Women’s Expo is also an entertainment hub with celebrity meet & greets, local and national entertainment, thus becoming an effective vehicle to market to the African American consumer. BWe has now the nation’s longest-running, most-respected exposition targeting the African American consumer through the production and marketing excellence of MGPG Events!
